At present, it has built a demonstration production line of ton carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites and carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix composites, an aerogel composite production line, and a pilot production line of buoyancy materials for deep sea.
Among them, carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix composites and carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites are mainly used in aerospace engine nozzle, combustion chamber, throat lining, turbine blade and other hot end components, aerospace aircraft thermal protection components, aircraft and ground traffic brake systems, etc; The annual output of 5000m3 nanometer silica aerogel production line is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, electric power metallurgy, ship vehicles, precision instruments, building energy conservation and other industries, with huge development potential and broad application prospects; The buoyancy material production line with an annual output of 500 cubic meters has formed a series of products, covering the whole sea and deep.
