For health care professionals:
* Collection and storage of formalized individual medical data with or without individual data about a patient (Personalized or Anonymous Computer-based Health Register). Contains: complaints, results of medical examinations and tests (including ultrasonography, MRI, etc.), doctor’s notes, data on allergies, personal characteristics of a patient’s organism, established or supposed diagnoses, prescribed or undergone treatments, manipulation treatments
* Monitoring a patient’s health (signaling function for control of any parameters (even the rate of skin flushing), recommendations in case of critical deviation from general or individual norm)

* different applications (for desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, for medical staff or patients), providing the abovementioned functions to help the users;
* Medical Knowledge bases (MKB) in different fields (hierarchically structured description of nosology including different details and non-standard deviations, protocols/standards of examination, diagnoses and treatment) and further commercialization as applications helping users taking into account uniqueness of the created Medical Knowledge bases;
* MKB, using neural networks, Bayes networks, event-driven method or backward inference method or semantic networks, etc. Comparison of MKB formed by different means.
